I have hypertension and had a very difficult time to get it to a safe level even with the medication. It was then I decided to change the way I eat, and slowly but steadily it began to come down. I cannot exercise as much as I should as I am a 74 year old paraplegic with osteoarthritis in my shoulders. But, this new way of eating seems to have done the trick! I totally agree with you both, and hope that more of us take control of our own health. I am loving your channel, and have gotten so much great advice from you. Thank you so much for all you do to help improve the lives of so many! You are both so appreciated! 😊 Have a wonderful day!

Last year I lost 70 pounds. My BP is great! And it FEELS wonderful. And I'm 66. So it works.

Meat/Salt does not inherently cause hypertension. Other root causes can be potassium/Magnesium, and sleep apnea

salt: take a look at Molarity- dilute your salt with plenty of water on intake. Salt is critically beneficial. Processed foods = concentrated salt and manufactured seed oils (enter Mr. Yuk).

Hypertension is usually caused by something. Sleep apnea, diabetes etc.
