I started the couch stretch only days ago and I’m already feeling almost normal I can’t believe it. I’ve spent thousands on chiro, physio, massage, you name it, and not one of them told me to do this. This was a complete game changer.

I have and still am in horrible constant pain due to this problem 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 The pain will sometimes be more then a 10 in the front of my pelvic upper thigh area where it will even get stuck trying to get up from a sitting position 😢😢😢😢. I will begin this and thank you so much !! God bless you !!! I am also very bent over😢😢😢😢❤❤❤❤❤❤

my hips hurt. my low back hurts. i have herniated disc. I hope this helps. i have foam roller, bought the powerdot, and a psoas release. i'm starting regimen for new core and glute asap.

what about having the top of the foot up the wall as well ...any problem with that orientation of the foot? it is like the position when you are sitting back on your heels....you get a nice stretch of the top of your foot too.

Forget about having my foot on the wall, my foot is literally just at the bottom of the wall on the floor and I'm getting a deep stretch in the hip flexors. No wonder I have anterior tilt.

Josh, should one do this on one side (and if so which) or both sides? Also, in another Upright Health video, Matt says to tighten gluts when raising the torso upright into this exercise, and to push foot into wall occasionally to get even more upright. Since you don't mention this, am I to take it you feel this is this no longer important?

I know my Hip is misaligned.. I'm addition to label tear and ? But don't know how exactly it is misaligned. Need good PT and PHYSICAL Rehab Dr.
It's too long a out exercises. Never had pain like this BEFORE..Scary. Someone is trying to make me old before my time. But then again. That attitude CAME across often when barley 50.. Someone should teach these kids. In reality I had more experience working out than some of those kids... Needed to remember and come back stronger.. Which ultimately started to do in many ways. But interferences stopped me.

When I do this I get cramp in my hamstrings. The more I tilt my pelvis and bend my leg the worse it is but if I don't go as deep I don't get a very good stretch in my quad. I have a lot of things wrong with my spine so any advice would be appreciated
