WELCOME TO MY ONE WEEK PILATES PROGRAM! It’s full body, beginner friendly, and still an amazing workout and challenge through and through. I am so excited to share this with you! Guys, make sure to take rest breaks. There are dozens of jump cuts in this video. She may not look like she's taking break, but she is. Be kind to yourself and give yourself rest breaks if you need to 💛

ive been doing this consistently combined with 1-2 other videos, 2 rest days a week and i'm already seeing more definition in my waistline!! remember that working out only goes so far and what really matters is what you eat, i've been increasing my protein intake and decreasing processed and fried foods

Trying this for a week as a person who isn’t very active !! Remind me guys

Day 1: Difficult, I started laughing cause I really felt the burn 😭

Day 2: I did it! I was sore from yesterday but I felt like it was slightly easier. But I sweat A LOT today 💀💀

Day 3: Was definitely much easier than yesterday but I definitely started sweating more. I did feel the burn afterwards, starting to see progress 🫶🏼

Day 4: I didn’t struggle too much besides on the dead bug coordination but overall I’m doing better! My waist is more defined and I’m loving this streak

Day 5: I skipped, don’t be afraid to take breaks once in a while!

Day 6: my body definitely adapted! I’m seeing progress and I’m definitely gaining more confidence

Day 7: DONEEE! I definitely loved doing this workout day after day! Made me super motivated and if your up for a challenge you should definitely try 😵

Doing this workout everyday!
Day 1: perfect intensity!
Day 2: Harder because of my period but the time went by really quickly
Day 3: Couldnt do it because of really bad period pain
Day 4: same as day 3 /:
Day 5: went running, played basketball and did thid workout. Was a really good day. I feel like the strength I used to have is slowlyyy coming back
Day 6: really easy today :)

Thank you so much for making pilates feel so accessible and possible for me to do regularly. Your 10-15 minute workouts once a day make me feel good and don’t put too much pressure on me to do anything too complicated in order to get in some daily movement. Thank you for your time!!

i rarely ever comment on videos but i’d like to say that i’ve been doing these stretches fairly consistently ever since it was uploaded. I usually use this video as my go to because i have scoliosis in the lumbar region and oh my god, not only have i genuinely gotten more lean it does WONDERS for my back. it seriously saved me, i was even considering going back to physical therapy before I started this. so if anyone is still wondering, yes it works 100% you just have to be really consistent!!! thank you so much i wholeheartedly mean it when i say this changed my life 🩷

usually i struggle and give up when doing ab exercises but this was like the perfect level of intensity for me and i actually got through it :)

Doing this for 1 week!! ᡣ𐭩 • ˚⋅
(Coming back each day--I'm also doing this with 30 minute walks, with gainsbybrains, bretman rocks workout, and 1 gloria song video.)
Starting Weight!: Waist--69 cm
( I currently have a 2 pack and a slight 11 line ab shape!)

Day 1: Not bad! I didn't feel it till I got to the middle of the video, I can feel the burn!

Day 2: Felt the burn!! (I did 20 mins of cardio and went on a walk, I also did one of gloria songs workouts!)

Day 3: Pretty easy! (Did gloria song and bretman rocks ab workout)

Day 4: Felt a bit tired, but finished!

Day 5: Felt the burn! (I walked for 30 mins)

Day 6: Easy!

Day 7:Finished!

Ending measurement: 68.5!

I’ve lost over 60lbs the last year and I’m just now starting to get into Pilates. I’m used to doing cardio and not so much body exercises like this but it felt good after. I’m gonna try this for a week and decide if I wanna stick with it. 😋

gonna do this workout while doing a two week diet!

day 1: definitely burns but in a good way. i never really liked working out but this made me more motivated✅

day 2: i skipped because i woke up late lol ❌

day 3: still burns but the pain is manageable. i did this right after i woke up and it felt amazing! update:: i did it twice and the pain is starting to subside!✅

day 4: i gave up halfway because i was so sore from work. i’m on my feet the whole time and walk over 3 miles so my legs tend to get sore as do my arms because i collect plates and dishes and such so i’d say i kinda half did. this✅

day 5:: the second one takes me for a whirl and burns so good! it’s getting easier and im noticing slight changes in my body shape!✅

day 6:: getting easier and i’m noticing major changes in my weight and body shape ✅

day 7::❌

i’m really trying to get fit and i don’t really see a difference doing regular home workouts but i actually feel like i’m working my entire core doing this. i had to alter it a little bc a couple of them were still too hard for me but this was awesome !! 💌

doing this workout for 5 days + portion control !!

day one: ✔ it wasn't bad at first and then i actually started feeling the burn. but that's good cause that means it's working and i overate a bit 😅
day two: ✔ since i overate yesterday i did the workout twice. still felt the burn but it's doable
