I think the best part of this video is in the last few seconds: the follow-up after a few months.
This is something I've seen done. Congrats

8:08, right corner of the video / room is my second favourite thing, right after the amazing cues that helped a lot to better understand how to adress these mobility restrictions. Thx aaron

Where do I find someone like you in my area?

Okay so THIS is exactly like my issue. My ankle hurts a bit with the ankle mobility exercise though. Will still work through these. It's felt like my right hip is deteriorating no matter what I try.

Amazing!!! So happy you posted this. I am a competitive powerlifter. 800+ deadlift and a use to be 700+ squat. My hip pain led down my quad to my knee. Hindered my squats for about a year. Now I just did these these exercises and my squat improved..problem is the pain moved from my right side to my left side. Same area but more towards lower back. The Right side where I had pain given I did these exercises before a set of squats had no pain on my right side but then I had pain on my left side now. Suggestions? Thanks

I'm going to start doing this for a month. Coming back for results. I have similar chronic problem for 7 years and I've been in physiotherapists and chiropractors. However the planes drill for hip helped me a bit.

In a month i will tell if i finally can feel my right glute

When I do the drill at 2:10, the arch on my foot almost cramps up on my "bad" side. Incredible. I do have flat feet.

Do you find that hip labrum tears and associated pain respond well when eliminating too much hip IR? I’m also curious on what type of exercise dosing you gave this patient after the session for mobility? Also, just wanted to say great work! You are making the profession better!
