Had this issue, thought I fixed it and tried to squat again and made it worse, now I feel the pain even when I'm not squatting

Totally fixed my debilitating Anterior Hip Impingement a couple months ago with this approach, found on this channel... I fastened some resistance bands together around a pole and did the hip openers Doc demonstrates on this page.

I am 29 and just got diagnosed with hip dysplasia. They told me I couldn't squat anymore, lunge, no Bulgarian split squats, no running, etc...nothing that would put too much load on the hip joint. I'm devastated. Strength training is a passion of mine. Any tips??? It'd be amazing if you could make a video about hop dysplasia 🙏🙏🙏

My knees click when squatting, in general every joint easily clicks, will lifting help with this or should i stop lifting weights ?
I did check your video regarding Stretching muscles and analysing, but after stretching quads and other muscles only 1-2 reps were silenced n then the pops began again . Could this snapping be due to stability issue or lack of strength?

Luckily I don't have hip issues, I do super deep squats with quite narrow stand (slightly below shoulder width) and stop at the bottom. I'm still just starting out though, I can do only 3 reps with 85 kg.

I regularly deal with impingement on my right hip on and off, occasionally with hip shift too. However exercises like this seem to have limited affect as my issues revolve around the right innominate being forwards with respect to the left so until that bone is where it should be my issues can’t be fixed properly only managed. Any tips on how to get that bone where it should be so I don’t have to have treatment every time it occurs?

I had a super bad pinching pain in my right groin area with pain in the top of my right buttock when sitting and a sharp pain in my right hamstring when squatting about a month ago. There is still pain in my groin and buttock, any idea? Thanks

Not front but side. ITB problem and hip bursitis.
Now piriformis too. These sucks!
