This 100% worked. I have a tight lower back (probably due to sitting down too much) and did this exercise and it worked instantly.

I've literally had to take 5 months off entirely due to a stiff right hip and chronic pain in the Si joint on the right side. NHS wasn't interested, just done 5 reps of this and the pain is gone for the first time ever.

I genuinely can't thank you enough

Your tips are awesome! Tore my lower back doing 140 for reps after a holiday without a proper warm up. 200 is 1RPM. Been checking out some vids to improve my technique and can’t wait to employ some of your advice as I get back into it! Hope more people find your content.

Don’t have a tight back but most certainly have tight hips making depth uncomfortable at times, thanks for this drill 🙏🙏

There was a publication that I read that reported unilateral FABER test asymmetry was an SI joint problem.

Right hamstring very tight and when walk feel knee turn in, a
So feel unstable on that leg, did a hip flexor stretch and when walking normally felt knee snap back, no pain just feel unstable.

Have tights hips but the pain is around the TFL and directly on the greater trochanter when I squat

Not really pain, but my low back feels uneasy (you'll probably call it that's pain). Happens when I go below parallel mostly. Not sure whats causing it, I've tried the exercise in the video and think I can drop hips low enough. I've also reviewed multiple times through video, very little to no buttwink, no round back, core braced, trying to force to open the hips as much as I can but probably not doing properly. Will try these kettlebell exercises
