8-20 bodyweight squats
3-5 sets of 5 pistol squats
3-5 sets of 4-6 Nordic curls
3-4 sets of 6-10 Reverse Nordic Curls
3-4 sets of 8-12 deep lunges each leg
3-4 of 8-12 hip thrusters
3-4 of 8-12 Bulgarian split squats
3-5 of 5-10 jump squats
3-4 of 6-10 single leg deadlifts each leg
3-5 sets of 10-20 calf raises

Hi, Bas....I'm from Bangladesh🇧🇩. Calisthenics enthusiast and Karate practitioner. Wow guys my legs are going to burn trying these. The Pistol squat and Nordic curls look tough. I think i'll start with the Calf raises and work on the others to develop good form. Thanks for sharing.

With athrosis in both knee it is not possible for me to do exactly these exercises.

Hey Calisthenics family, great exercises, the pistil squats are defiantly a challenge, lack of mobility making them more difficult. Any mobility exercise to help with this exercise?
