you might not be able to get massive legs but you can build proportional and lean legs with calisthenics with the benefit of them being more functional and athletic

Plyometrics are good to add with calisthenics if u are training as a body weight and/or low budget or equipment which is why i love bodyweight stuff because u r thr gym n everything around you becomes the gym too

That's too weak of a leg workout compared to upper body, I can't fault you tho, 99% of calisthenics dudes have weak ass legs
