i think trying to learn pistol squats and sissy squats at the beginning of leg days help alot

Squat jump: 4x20
One leg glute bridge: 5x12
Squat: 4x20

My legs are the hardest to grow I can get bigger in two weeks doing pushup variations but my leg body weight workout doesn't do the same

If that can get leg muscel then i would be having a big leg rn as i can do 89 deep squat 30+ lunges and 27+ jump squat deep ones but still i have pretty medium leg although it have power
