10 Explosive Lunges each leg
20 Lunges each leg
50 straight Calf raises
50 feet out Calf raises
10 close eccentric/slow squats
10 eccentric squats
10 eccentric sumo squats
30 second wall sit
30 second 1 legged wall sit each leg
5 sissy squats

For calf raises, full range of motion is very important so standing on the edge of a laid down book or something will help a lot.

For the calf raises slow down the motion and go a bit slower, so you can have quality over quantity
