Join me for a 10 minute LOWER ABS WORKOUT to target and tone up those low core muscles. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Remember, you can not SPOT reduce fat, but you can sculpt and strengthen those muscles underneath. This is also a NO WRISTS workout, so we won't be doing any planks in todays routine. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed. So let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik

You are one of the very few workout channels that emphasises wrist friendly exercises. I hurt my wrist a while ago and your work out videos are super helpful. Your channel deserves way more views but I'm sure with time you will get there. You are amazing.

When i did Chloe tings 2022 challenge it really worked and i loved it, BUT there were a lot of push ups and planks, and as someone who has shoulder joints that pop, and wrists that are only good for drawing i found myself with sore elbows and aching shoulders. So I’m going to trying this now that I’m done with that, thank you ma’am! 🥰✨
