Weight shift on right leg, then left, hip on each leg, 20 rep.on R. 20 on L.Hip flexion, marching, lifting leg as high as possible, 10 rep . R, 10 L, Hip abduction re, L, 10 rep.each side, 3 set. Hamstring curls, hit your but, 20 each side, 3 sets, wall press, push up against the wall, futhur back make it difficult, 10 rep.3 sets, rest 1 minute.chair plank, push up position, core exercises, 20 seconds, do not move, 1 minute is ultimate, Chair push up, 3 sets, 10 rep.heel raises ( on toes).pillow squat with cross arms on. Chest .single leg stand ing.

These are so difficult but if you start somewhere they are attainable. I do a few of these with my PT’s and will add all of these in time

I did what you asked can I get some info? I had a stroke 15 years ago now I find I am safer walking sideways over forward . What would help that balance problem? Thanks Marianne

Is there something else that can substitute for an armchair? I have a couch which won’t work and a matching chair but the arms are wide.
