Did this this morning. Absolutely loved it! I had to do a drop set on the seated curls, so I did 20 for my lady rep. I didn't get to finish the bench press as I ran out of time. This will for sure go into my schedule!

5’8, currently @ 190lbs. 4 reps @ 225 lbs is my max for that bench press

That dumbbell incline I gotten close to 70lbs 💪🏾

Everything else I did with 40-50 lbs dumbbells.

What supplements do you take? I'm in my mid 30s, so it's been a little harder to bulk up more. Trying to get to 250ish Went from 220 to 235. I'm 6'6. It's harder to build more mass when you're taller.

Can we do the dumbell exercises without the bench by just laying on the ground? I don’t have a bench or something like that and never did try a bench so I can’t compare.
