All of these tips are gold. Replacing chips with veggies to dip in hummus made a huge difference in my junk consumption. In one Sunday my wife and I would go through a family sized bag of Organic Blue Corn Chips with Hummus. Switched over to Broccoli and Carrots and we cut the Calories and Sodium by a huge amount.

Thank you! I drink a big glass of water before meals. It helped me cut down my intake. With proper diet (I mess here and there sometimes) I have been able to maintain my 20kg weight loss for 3years! Healthy eating all the way ❤

This is all very true. I do all of this. One tip that took me over the edge was limiting alcohol to 2 drinks a week. Used to be around 15-20 per week, especially during football season.

I've been using healthy meal plans for a few weeks now and it has become my life saver!! I love it so much, it's so easy to use, the calorie counts is so useful and the grocery list is perfect and you can custom it too! I would recommend it to everyone, it's so much easier and faster to make you meal plan and grocery list with it!! Thank you so much for this amazing tool!!! xxx

I was also wondering if you’d be willing to do video about eating well during pregnancy? I’m a vegetarian and almost 6 months pregnant myself, and finding it hard to be healthy when I’m so hungry all the time. I know it wouldn’t appeal to the mass audience but having just been through it too, your advice would be so appreciated! :)

I also vote for more Mediterranean recipes and maybe create a playlist of ones you’ve already done that qualify as Mediterranean!! Pretty please?!! 😬 we need more people doing Mediterranean recipes

I don't have enough space in my kitchen for properly doing meal prep or preparing certain items like smoothies because there is no space to plug in the blender (we have a kitchenette). Luckily, thanks to you I decided that while I may not be able to meal prep or do much for dinner and lunch. I am going to meal prep breakfast. It is the most difficult one to tackle without meal prep and stay healthy.

I also wanted to bring up your wording on one of these tips: "The single greatest enemy to eating well is hunger." I think this could be misinterpreted and triggering for a lot of people who struggle with eating disorders, body positivity, and/or shame about eating. None of us are perfect, but just wanted to bring this up so we can all be more mindful of our language sometimes.

Hey Sara! Just a suggestion for your website...The recipes all look amazing but there are some recipes that could use a suggestion for what to serve them with. Whether it be a dip, a salad, a side dish, a main dish, etc. Serving suggestions would be super helpful! :)

Hi lovely lady. Your health tips r and recipes r amazing. Please my humble request make meal plans for 55+ people like you made back to school. At this age you loose the ideas. So please give plans. Thanks and God bless. Breakfast and dinner plans.

My favorite tip that I follow is to drink carbonated water instead of soda/lemonade/etc. It really quenches my thirst and is easy to jazz up with a bit of lime or lemon. It is also usually (though not always) free at restaurants and if you gat a soda steam machine, it is super cheap to make at home. And bonus - you are more likely to get enough water daily!
