Unfortunately processed foods are triggers for me but for folks able to eat these foods it’s good info to know. I’m down 35 lbs & I love fasting. 10 more lbs to go. 😊

I needed this video so bad. I love down and up days because it makes me feel like i'm cheating. It has been two months since I started fasting and i'm down 20 lbs and counting. I struggled with finding what to eat on down days when i'm busy so this video definitely is what I need. Thank you Jackie Chao Down and Ciao lol!

Ooohhh very interested in this video. Thank you so much for all you do. I’m struggling a lot with my mental health right now, something I’ve never struggled with until the last couple of years but fasting truly truly helps me. My adhd/binge eating disorder tells me eat it all” but you truly help me want to stick with it.

I love this video and try to avoid fast food but in a pinch this is great info. It would be AMAZING if you could put together a little graphic or list/ebook/meme with the meals written down with specific orders? Does that make sense? Maybe I’ll Google and see if anyone else has done anything like that already. Thank you!

Thanks so much for all the information. I’m not at the point yet in my Binge Eating recovery where I can have the processed food around and be in control. But I have NO doubt I will get there. This is going to be perfect for when I do! ❤❤❤❤❤

Jackie pls give me your input. I am following the OMAD several months now mostly 6 days fo the week & I’ve lost 12 lbs. I am curious about the 1000mg of sodium in the LMNT…
I’ve tried the liquid IV- my husband works outdoors, here in Texas the heat gets so bad. But the liquid IV is very salty- I am a little scared to try it, recently like two wks ago found out I have high BP.

I haven't incorporated the down days and up days yet but sounds like a great idea. I started seriously fasting in January and am down 7 lbs. It's the best plan ever for those if us who love to eat! Thankyou for your videos! So encouraging !
