transcribed the recipe:

400g flour (3 1/3 cups)
2 tsp baking powder (10 grams)
420 g yoghurt (1 3/4 cups)
condiments (salt and pepper, also things like onion and garlic powder)

mix those 4 ingredients until dough

then turn that dough into a ball

cut it into 8 equal balls (each one roughly weighing 105 grams)

flatten the dough balls

place filling on top (the filling can be anything from the egg and bacon in this video or you can experiment and try different things, like cheeses and meats, however if you do add meat you will have to cook it before placing it as a filling)

seal the dough balls (kind of like bao or hot pocket)

cook on a stovetop on low-medium heat (around 190°C) for 5 to 6 minutes each side (i would recommend covering the pan with a pot lid so that the heat gets trapped inside and cooks the sides, as in the video if you look closely they look undercooked)

(edit: added metric conversion and a bit more detail)
(edit 2: added imperial conversions into cups)
(edit 3: turns out the flour cups coversion was wrong, fixed)

Tried these. Really good! If you're not just going for high protein, I can recommend adding some mashed potatoes with a dash of nutmeg to the filling.

One advice - bake them on 150° for 25-30 minutes. I tried both and when i cooked them on pan the sides tasted raw. 💕

Homie, my respect. You actually put the required amounts for each ingredient and not just showed a cool video. Making these. Thank you!

Good recipe! Tried it this weekend. My only counter suggestion is that people in high altitude should cook these in an oven at a steady low temperature like 325 to 350 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes, flipping midway. I tried cooking on the stovetop, but the bread did not cook all the way through and was still pretty doughy after cooking at the recommended temperature and times. I even burnt the surface of one and its inside was still gooey.

That last bit about freezing them up made all of this finally make sense, I thought "I barely have time to pour milk in the morning how can i knead dough"

I made these today for my husband. I think suitable for lunch with a salad. I did home made chicken sausage, with some peppers and pizza sauce, egg and cheese. They look and smell divine. I have pan fried and then oven baked for the sides to be cooked

You can also skip the dough and just make tortilla wraps. If you want to fry them up in the skillet, you can.

Ok for everyone who isn’t a psycho, put the salt in BEFORE cooking the eggs. It does affect the taste of the dish and doesn’t change any of the macro or micro nutrients.

It's not fair how easy it looks to make that dough. Guarantee I'll come to roll it, it'll be too sticky, I'll use more flour and suddenly I've got 500 calorie Hot Pockets.

Ohh definitely trying this thank you! Also try adding cottage cheese to the eggs, it makes them WAY more fluffy and adds more protein to them!

It could use a little fiber somehow.
Maybe some leafy greens like spinach or kale diced up in the eggs and added at the end.

Diced bell pepper would pair well. You could even cook them up in the bacon fat if you're into that kind of thing.

Spinach, kale, or mushroom.would also work well.

If you want something more fresh you could slice some tomato and put it in the pan when you heat them up. Or if you're baking them to warm em, put the tomato slices on top.

This is perfect for my husband! He has a 1.5 hour drive to work every morning and usually eats in the car because he can’t eat as soon as he wakes up. This would be so easy for him to eat on the go! Making these tomorrow!
