Page is excellent and I have used this workout for stretching. I absolutely hate the commercials inserted into the flow. It is so aggravating.

I literally couldn’t move yesterday morning. The day before i discovered your video and felt a lot better so i thought id give the stretches a try. When i got finished and got up I was fully mobile. It was so painful i was screaming. I am in pt 3 x a week but I told my dog Baby Girl that doing this is going to be part of our morning routine. Thank you Paige. I think you’re terrific.

Ahhhh, my pain has been part of my life for almost fifty years now. It has taken me deep into addiction of pain killers with no help. I have had years of PT with no help but, this has been like a miracle. If I can ever do something for you, you only need to ask.

Thanks Paige and Healthline! I needed this so much. I have severe sciatica. Learn to do yoga at around age 5. Im in my 40s now. Stopped doing it for about 10 years. Back on the yoga train i go. I almost forgot how good it feels!! Keep up the good work!!
