These are the Sciatica PainTop 5 Fixes i would be prescribing for clients I treat.

Sciatica is characterised by pain going down the leg from the lower back.
This pain may go down the back, outside, or front of the leg.

Onset is often sudden following activities like heavy lifting, though gradual onset may also occur.

The pain is often described as shooting.
Typically, symptoms are only on one side of the body.
Certain causes, however, may result in pain on both sides.
Lower back pain is sometimes present.
Weakness or numbness may occur in various parts of the affected leg and foot.

The nerve flossing seems ridiculous and useless at first glance, but it totally works and makes a huge difference! Goes to show that you don't need complicated moves or aggressive stretches to feel relief. Love this kind of educational content!

I get pain in my left side lower back that radiates around my left hip/waist area and also down into my hamstring. The area is very sensitive to touch. I tried these exercises and the radiating pain has eased considerably! I’m excited to find someone like you in my area who can help further. Thank you so much.

Another great vid thank you. Any chance you have any clients with ‘Golfers Elbow’ that you film whilst doing therapy on them or even some advise. I’m suffering terribly with both of mine and haven’t been able to perform any bicep exercises for about 5 months. Keep up the great work!

The 2nd nerve floss movement is painful for my left leg. Bearable but quite painful, its really a challenge to be consistent with it. Hoping to see better results

Hello
I did the exercise near flight on my left foot. After that there was an itching in the left side of the lower back and in the foot . Then it become weaker. After apears pain in the left side of the lower back and then the pain lessened and went down to the tailbone on the left side.
In the end I have little paine in tailbone and tickle or tingling in the foot.
Is this a symptom of a pinched nerve( Sciatica)due to a problem with the disc or is it a problem with the lower back muscles? What do you think?

Hi just found your channel.ive had sciatica for about 10 years now.i used to be a landscape gardener this is what caused it all.i no longer do it as I had to have a total right hip replacement in 2019. I still feel the nerve tweeking on a daily basis and also have a really stiff lower back.any tips suggestions exercises u have I would greatly appreciate as I'm a bit anxious on what to do with the metal hip.thanks

If you will have a time i will want to see some help because i have a problem with my feet, when i was playing football ive sprain my ankle many times and now ive stop playing and my feet hurt me so bad evry time when i want stand on it, last time when i played was 8 months ago. Thank you.

Saw you in the WORST PAIN series with Lex Fitness for his foot pain. One would love to see a more in-depth video on that topic as it was hard to make out everything you were saying. You said toe spreaders--happen to recommend a brand or a style that you like the best? and also for the golf ball, you mind going over that? should it be a painful as it was for him to be getting a good break down of the tissue?
