Day 59. It’s been a while since I saw a funny thumbnail from you guys. The hiit was shorter than I expected but great for when I genuinely don’t have time. I also liked the relaxed cool down. I added a 10 minute Pilates to this. Thanks!

Thank you for demo-ing PROPER burpee FLAT BACK form. So many people have curved backs to avoid the squat!
