Ohmygosh i've been looking forever for actual model type body fitspo and you actually make me want to work out! I'm skinny naturally so people assume sometimes i workout but i don't.I do need to tone and be consistent.Thank you! 🔥💓

Well I don’t see any difference but now my legs are Right: 46.3 and Left: 45.9. I also went to an appointment with my nutritionist and he told me that I lost 2% of fat in my legs, so I’m happy with that. I’ll keep doing this for a while.

This was surely a killer workout, paused it in between but going to do it regularly for a while. I have thin upper body but my hips and thighs are so huge hate them

Yeah so I've been doing this workout and I'd like to update about my results.
Right thigh 58 cm
Left thigh 58 cm
Day 1 (11th june) ✔
Day 2 (12th june) ✔
Day 3 (13th june)✔
Day 4 (14th june) skipped :(

Day 6 (16th june) skipped but i did another short workout.

Update: so i lost another 2 cm from my right thighs and 1 cm from my left thighs.
I'm really happy with my results.
