Here's a 10 Minute Inner Thigh Burn Workout (No Equipment+No Jumping)! I’ve been getting a lot of requests about doing another slim legs video so I decided to make a challenging workout to target those inner thighs for toning and slimming purposes. But let me tell you my thighs were really sore the next day after I filmed this video! You can see my legs shaking if you look closely! Also, this video was shot all in one take without breaks, so please go at your own pace and take breaks if you need to (to avoid any injuries). I would also recommend stretching before and after this workout. I hope you guys enjoy this intense inner + outer thigh burn workout! Happy Holidays!

I am doing this workout for week now and I must say, its one of the best inner thigh workout I've ever saw and tried...It's amazing!!! My figure is "pear" so my thighs are really big but this workout really helping me❤❤❤thank you so much for creating this for us "big leg squad girls😂😂" I really appreciate it.😍

Я буду эту тренировку делать 3 недели. Позже напишу результат. Сейчас прошла1 неделя с того момента, как я начала. Результат вроде есть, а вроде нет. Но мне кажется, что на пару мм они стали стройнее

this is my day 1 of kpop workout 2 weeks challenge and this is my day 1. your workout is easy to follow but there are some that i could not do it easily as such the side plank leg raise and leg circle . i can only do about four or five times in the time duration because i cant seem to lift my leg and it felt uncomfortable. maybe because im not used to workout yet and my body is not fit enough. but it is a nice try ! will try to continue the challenge and do my best ! :))
