Here's a 10 Minute Inner Thigh Burn Workout (No Equipment+No Jumping)! I’ve been getting a lot of requests about doing another slim legs video so I decided to make a challenging workout to target those inner thighs for toning and slimming purposes. But let me tell you my thighs were really sore the next day after I filmed this video! You can see my legs shaking if you look closely! Also, this video was shot all in one take without breaks, so please go at your own pace and take breaks if you need to (to avoid any injuries). I would also recommend stretching before and after this workout. I hope you guys enjoy this intense inner + outer thigh burn workout! Happy Holidays!
