First couple of times I did this it was really hard, I cried afterwards 🙄... So what I did was to use a wall for support until I was fit enough to do it on my own. Great video

I love these simple mini workouts - I do a combination early in the morning before work (I'm a teacher), and I love that you don't need a ton of expertise or equipment. They've helped my old knee injury so much! Thank you!

It took me 3 consecutive days until I could complete this workout all the way through. First day was 5:14 minutes; Yesterday was 7:49. Today I went straight through and made it to the end yayyy.
