If you guys thought last week's Total Body Transformation workout was hard... you are gonna DIE this week!!! Today's video is all about the inner thighs (shorts season. It's coming!!!).

You have 8 inner thigh slimming moves today, and we'll do each for 1 minute with a 15 second break in between. They are:

1. Side Squat (R)
2. Side Squat (L)
3. Plie Squat with Right Heel Up
4. Plie Squat with Left Heel Up
5. Inner Thigh Lift Pointed (R)
6. Inner Thigh Flexed (R)
7. Inner Thigh Lift Pointed (L)
8. Inner Thigh Flexed (L)

it's always amazing to me that Cassie still posts these workouts for us on here when she has built her empire and by no means needs to post for free. really just shows she cares about her roots and enjoys what she does and helping others

This workout had my butt and legs mildly sore about an hour after I finished the workout. I felt even more sore when I woke up in the morning. In my opinion, this is the most effective lower body workout that I have done so far. I believe it is because of the pulsing.

That's what I really need my big problem is my inner thighs so I'll give it a try for a month with the lower abs workout

Update: so today is day 1 I just did the workouts ( with a 7 min cardio before ) and they were killer specially the lower abs one.
My measurements are:
Thighs: 62.5 cm
Lower abs: 97 cm
(Guys if you want me to keep updating say it in comments )
Day2 : done I did some cardio exercises and this workout and for the abs I did only the first 4 moves
(Whenever I say cardio its gonna be : 40 jump squats + 40 alternating front lunges + 40 alternating front legs kicks + I don't know the name of this move, you use a chair and put one leg in then come up then come down and switch legs also 40 reps )
Day3 : done today was the hardest coz my legs were so sore I did cardio and this workout and the first 4 moves for the abs ( I don't finish the lower abs workout not because of my abs but because my legs become so heavy for me to lift them maybe I should try to work my abs first)
Day4 : I'm taking a rest today coz my legs are super sore
Day5 : done I did just this one
Day 6, 7 : done I did cardio (50 reps ) and this workout I didn't work my abs
So the results of this week are
Thighs : 61 cm I lost 1.5 cm
Lower abs : same coz I didn't work them daily
And just to let you know my diet was sooo baad I ate a lot and still got results
NOW I'LL START UPDATING WEEKLY


Hey guys today is the last day of the second week I worked out like 4 times this week and today i was shocked coz even tho I still got results so here are my results
Abs : 94cm i lost 3cm
Thighs 59cm i lost 2 cm
I'm really so happy with the results coz my diet was extremely bad specially because of the quarantine i don't go out so I get bored and eat all the time

Guys sorry for being late I got my period and I just finished week 3 this week I tried to eat less as much as possible and i got good results
Abs 91 cm
Thighs 57.5 cm
So M just gonna stop here coz my body got used to this workout and M gonna try somthing different..
