I did this for a month and my results are:
Before: R-59 L-58
After: R-55 L-52
I ate normal everyday while doing this for a month
I continued this until today and now the measurements are:
R-50 L-50
Right now it's:
R-48.5 L-48

Hi, seeing a lot of people commenting they’re not feeling the burn so thought I’d share what helped for me! When Chloe says focus on your inner thigh, put all your weight on your thigh. So for example try doing a kick, or lifting your leg, and you will notice you are putting most of your weight on your foot/ lower end of your leg. When focusing on your inner thigh, try relaxing your feet so they feel light and instead using only your thigh to lift your leg and putting all your weight on there. It’s hard to work out how to do this when you’re a beginner, or for me it was at least, so you could try looking up stretching tutorials and beginning to feel which muscle you want to tone exactly. This may help you better understand where to shift your weight when lifting your leg. And it will get easier in time as you get used to it! Hope this helps
