First time I went “that’s it?! That was so fast!” In a workout. Usually I’m panting and super glad a workout is over but this is one of the first times I’ve thoroughly enjoyed myself! Thank you Nicole ❤️

Greatly appreciate you doing an inner thigh workout. It's been difficult finding a good workout targeting that area. Ive been doing this video a few days (still working up towards finishing the opening workout) but I've been doing another 1 of your videos everyday for 2 weeks and have gotten great results! Whilst 10 minutes isn’t long, for me this was perfect as I work a physical job and was on my feet all day. Whilst my muscles where a little sore already Thai have them a chance to stretch out a little 😊 definitely a nice way to end my day

Just finished this- as I am in the second week of the September Challenge- and it is crazy to see how much stronger I have already become! When I did this last week I struggled so much and took a lot of breaks. This time I was able to get through this without any!! Made me so happy to see how effective your workouts are. I used to think doing high-intensity workouts was the only way to see quick results, but you have proven me wrong. Everything about your workouts is amazing!! They push me but they are also meditative/peaceful at the same time. Thank you!!!
