Hey coach, you say spine flexion under load is the reason for back pain, but ATG system fixes back pain with jefferson curls, which is loading the spine flexion. How does that work?

Too painful on my left leg then right while walking & doing some stretch or lower body workout 😢 I feel like uneven pelvic and even I've sciatic pain for a long time !!😢

what kind of treatment is this? how can i find it? every pt i go to gives me bird dogs etc till the cows come home and when i ask about my form they say it’s good. i am on the hypermobile side and def have some issues with hip rotation. is this like sports therapy vs traditional physiotherapy?

This is useful! But I have a second problem - my right ankle is not as flexible as the left due to injury so if view from the top, my knees are not aligned, left knee is more forward than my right knee 😕

I was born without a ball on my hip bone (hip displasia). Doctor cut half my hip bone off to create a natural ball that would grow with me.
However, my hip doesn't move in the proper direction (moves in the same direction as my other hip) so i must always use a band around my thighs (and lift shoes) when squatting heavy.
I've always wondered if this could be corrected through proper stretching. I'll try this exercise. Thank you.
