Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Oh my god! Two month ago i only did 6 burpees. Three weeks ago I could only do 10 burpees per minute. Today I did a total of 15 burpees! I am proof that you get stronger with time. Believe in yourself! You can do it ❤️💪

The 2nd side of lunges was forgotten but I did it after the burpees! 🎉

This was great, but we didn't finish the other side with single leg reverse lunge :(

the ladder hiit workout from june used to be my absolute favorite and i didn't think it was possible to love a workout more than i did that one. umm let's just say this changed my mind!

Did 12 burpees with push-up in one minute! When I first started with Lilly, I couldn’t do more than 11 burpees without a push-up! :) there’s NOTHING better than the feeling of progress!

I love what Alan said "carbohydrates are going to be king when it comes to fueling exercise". I hate how so many people picture crabs as the enemy when our muscles need glucose to literally just move

Hey Lily just finished ur ABS and BOOTY BURN | 25 minute Workout. It was amazing, but just a thought about what I felt..The transformations of these women are very inspiring. But you might keep these images of transformation either towards the end or beginning so that it doesn't distract us while doing your work out <3 <3 Just a thought. But I do love love ur workouts Lily!! Keep going and inspiring many !!!
