Remember that there's no need to rush this class, take it at your own pace and remember you are doing this to feel your best - not to punish yourself. Focus on moving mindfully and I promise you, you will feel incredible after this workout.

This yoga workout relieved my back pain. Given how difficult it is, I do it at least twice every week. My lower back, core, and glutes feels much stronger.

Hello fam ! It would be great if someone could help me out ! Especially when my legs are hovering just above the mat like which doing th scissor, my lower back tends to arch... Any suggestion on how i can avoid this ?
