▸ Grab Your Weights 50 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Cool Down 30 sec on, 10 sec off

I mostly go for the full body, but sometimes I want/need to focus on certain areas. Today was one of those days. Thank you for the variety of workouts you bring!

Great, thanks a lot, Anna. As a working mom of 2 small kids, i don't have much time, so 25 min. workouts are perfect option! And I prefer ones like this, focused on legs, ABS, arms🤩

This was exactly what I needed, not too easy and not too difficult, just proper targeted workout!
It's getting hard with this weather to try and finish the tabata ones, too sweaty on its own, I'll let you imagine what would it be with 40° 😂

Sturdy and easy to use! It's perfect for both my husband and I and takes up very minimal space in our home gym (pictured sitting descretely below the workout bench) Definitely worth the investment.

I loved it, at first glance it looked easy but girl it burn!!!
The fact that is non-stop makes it even more challenging, but once I was done I felt so much better with myself.
Btw, I love both, full body and focused exercises, so it's good to have a mix and not just stick with one format
