The thing about this move is that it’s not just about flexibility, but strength in the leg (and, of course core strength helps, too). It takes strength to lift your leg and when Kazuha does it on stage, she isn’t really propping it up with her arm, as we saw her do it without her arm at one point since she had a hand mic! She has the strength + flexibility from having been a pre-professional ballerina.
