EVEN IF ITS A THOUGHT OR A NEWLY ACQUIRED HABIT TO KEEP ME FOCUSED TO GET TO MY NEXT GOAL. BOTH WORK & PERSONAL THOUGHTS BECAUSE I HAVE TO GROW PERSONALLY AND ADD VALUE TO MY SOURCE OF INCOME.

I highly recommend L-Tryptophan as a supplement! Its an essential amino acid which is metabolised into serotonin, hence its mood lifting (very subtle & smooth:-)!). Plus you wake up more refreshed due to a deeper sleep.
Nonetheless: do your own research (could interfere with certain anti-depressants & also pregnancy).

It's prayer, gratitude, and affirmations. Fresh fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and hot meal for dinner if I'm not fasting from food.
I suggest Vitamin B.

It's actually really cool recounting the good in the day. The amount of detail I catch remembering the small things is almost like giving thanks and celebrating this experience. Life becomes less about things or circumstances, and more about the "lived" experience. Buddha bless yall 🙏
