You have such a good vibe and somehow manage a very difficult thing: give advice without being pushy or know-it-all. What high quality content did my eyes just see and my ears just hear? The switch in scenery (expecially with so much green in the frame) are wonderful. Also thanks for teaching us about habits not so commonly known, such as humming! Keep up the amazing work!

Another great video with a great message. Thank you! I like the positive spin you say after saying something that may not be so positive. Too many times we're told to completely remove the negative thoughts and replace it with positive ones. That's not always ..feasible. Then you feel like you've failed etc etc.
