Decrease stress, exercise, more sleep, more fiber, avoid processed foods, intermittent fasting, check blood sugar regularly, and eat more diabetes superfoods. I loved this video as it puts everything in one place for the beginner. I've been following this advice with Keto for 3 years now and my only regret is that I did not start when I was younger. Everything has improved in this 72 year old body. Excellent A1c, Lipid profile, sable ideal weight. When my friends ask I am going to send them this video.

Crazy but just the other day I woke up blood sugars were holding steady at 102-113 went to the mail and found a bill for a credit card I hadn't started and I went off on my lady left the house to calm down and within 30 minutes I was at 295 and I hadn't ate shit, , stress ain't no joke...

Nobody talks much about drinking lots of water all day long. I find that that helps me a lot with my glucose.

My meal begins with a shot of ACV, berberine, then on to a Fiber rich salad full of leafy green veggies, chia seeds, hemp hearts, walnuts, bee pollen, chili peppers, kalamata olives, nutritional yeast, and olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. Then I move on to my protein and veggies in my main course, sometimes followed by a sweet potato. Then if I want dessert (if I’m still hungry or not satisfied) then I will eat a dessert. I love my oat balls. It’s a mixture of rolled oats, honey, coconut flakes, flax meal, and nut butter. It satisfies that sweet tooth and helps me to stay away from the bad sweets 😄👍 Now I don’t restrict if my body wants something else. This has been sustainable for me to stick with this diet! Fasting, exercise, and meal order has been a game changer for me.

Exercise is the bane of my existence..I was so good about it a year ago..I just don't enjoy it, but I've just gotta get myself in gear and get it done!! I'm quite insulin resistant.

Also remember that if you are sick with, cold, flu, covid, etc. your body is also stressed. Even if I don't eat any carbs my glucose readings go up. And to top it off, one doesn't feel like exercising or may not be able to exercise to reduce glucose. Just dump more insulin in and test often.

For #8, reduce stress, chromium picolonate helps.
For #6, my sleep protocol involves, Vitamin C, magnesium, chromium picolonate and Ashwagandha.
For #1, I've heard that experimentally, the key ingredient in apple cider vinegar is the vinegar. We may have stopped but we can add the vinegar to salads as we did in the past.

Just found your channel, Thank you for a good rundown on some items I did not know about. When I was first diagnosed, I was told the three main things that will increase your glucose level are the three S's, Sugar, Sickness & Stress. I have also found that sleeping in a cool room will lower my glucose level in the morning. Another thing that seems to raise my tolerance to glucose is Chlorinated water. If I don't drink Chlorinated water my numbers will be down but if I go out to eat and drink Chlorinated water they will be up for the next couple days.

Had to get tested for two different organisation. In first test my Fasting was 105 (the ref range here is 65-110). The next 8 days I worked out and did breathing yogas and had a healthy diet. The next test came out as 88.
