Type 2 diabetes April 11th with an A1C reading of 12.6 I have changed my diet to VERY little carbs, no sugar, 1 tbspn olive oil every morning, 1+ tblspn apple cider vinegar every day b4 dinner, hibiscus tea with 1/2 tspn cinnamon every night around 9 pm. 3 months later my A1C was 5.6 (August 1st)-the last 5 days i have checked my blood sugar (from Oct10-Oct 15th). The highest reading 2 hours after dinner was 108. Doc, I also bought your neuropathy support and I have taken it for 6 weeks, in the mornings my feet are 98% to normal. I have seen SO MANY OF YOUR VIDEOS and followed your advice

Thank you
It is nice to hear a doctor suggesting herbal treatment rather then going down the medication route

I tried your tea this past week and it worked for me. It lowered my blood sugar 15-30 points. I just used the sleepytime tea I had and it knocked out 2 birds with one stone since I have a horrible sleep history. Thanks, Doc for the tip.

My mom has type 2 diabetes. I use to make her a tea from our yard plants with loquat-leaves, mango leaves, peach leaves, and avocado leaves. It lowered her blood sugar she didn't have to take so much insulin. We called our tea The Backyard Tea.

I wear a CGM. I made a cup of this tea (minus the grape leaves) I started drinking this when my blood glucose was showing 141. After about 25-30 min later I looked at the monitor and it said 87. I ate a beef stick and it went back to 96 . Wow, I will definitely be making this a daily part of my diabetes protocol.

There are grape, leaves all over the grounds at work. One of my co-workers picked them to make Lebanese stuffed grape leaves! I'll pick them for tea

I had to get all the teas in baga but it works. I am telling you the first cup was this morning and it dropped my morning sugars after breakfast from 150 to 102 in about 40 mins. Definitely a miracle

I'm so jazzed. Thank you for giving us this plant bases tea recipe. I worked in a restaurant and we served a fig leaf panna cotta, where we toasted the fig leaves, then steeped them in milk, to make a panna cotta. Greece has grape leaves they wrap with. This is really worth a try, thanks again.

Doctor I have to say, I'm learning more about diabetes by watching your videos, that my own Dr. Who simply prescribed metformin and said take it because I said so . Your videos are relaxing and not pushy. It's unfortunate your not in Texas. 😀.
