Three month ago I was diagnosed with diabetes 208 mg/dl and A1c 8.8. This is the first time I was officially an Type2 patient. Then I watched lots of YouTube videos like this one, and stop eating ice cream, coke, French fry, cake, sweet cereal. Instead, I eat egg and cheese more. I can feel thy my body feels much better than before: not much stomach acids, less fart, much clear mind. Although I take Metformin during next three month. I still keep my regular diet with rice, meet, and vegetables. If I am hungry during meals, I eat peanut and sunflower seeds. After theee month, I went to took the test again, and my sugar level is 108 mg/ml, and A1C is 5.4. So eat leas sugar do help.

Hi Tom!
I was recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes after an annual checkup. I had a fasting glucose of 254 and an A1C of 11.3! After some more tests they found I had tested positive for antibodies (289.2 U/ml) and other markers. I just wanted to say thank you so much for all of your hard work in making this information so available and entertaining! My family and I were so overwhelmed when we found out, because I was relatively healthy and diabetes doesn’t run in my family at all! Since watching your videos, I have been able to keep my average sugar around the 111 mark. We love your videos, and would 100% purchase any merchandise if you had any! We often joke about how I’m a blood sugar champion in the morning! I was wondering if you have ever made a video about the “honeymoon phase” of T1D? My endo thinks I’m going through it now and it’s been difficult to find videos that are as thoughtful and informative as yours! Thank you so much again for all of your hard work!

Thank you Tom. You are giving the best gift to the community, a complete valuable information and with details, , not only on how to beat diabetes and other health issues but on overall health. You are better than any doctor out there. I experienced all that you bring up in the video. I got out of my 20 years prediabetes (without knowing, no doctor mentioned it) following all the hacks of your list. I beat it snd now reversed to insulin sensitive with fasting test in the 80s and below 120 one hour after a meal, since last year with steady daily results. Yes and i still taking several blood tests pricking my fingers several times daily to make sure i eat and do the right things . I am 70, swim lap daily and long walks after eating, rain or shine (i own n umbrella) to keep going strong.
