Dr Joe Happy New Year Once I watched your video I went down the gym on static bicycle for half an hour . My bl gl levels are low by medicine . But yesterday I was a bit not careful by eating food I shouldn’t and my blood levels went up . I never do exercise and I tried your option . You made my day and my life would definitely change . Hi Doc. Thumbs up. I did low impact exercising last night after dinner for the first time, and my entire body felt so much better. That really helped to also loosen the little inflammation I had in my chest too.

i'm type 2 diabetic since 5 years, I've always did this and I eat everything, never got my levels over 7.0 post meals and 5.0 fasting, my doctor even asked me to stop the meds

I especially appreciate your comment, "walk around your home/property". Lately, as the weather is getting colder, I use my staircase - up & down - up & down. Simple. No need for a gym membership.
Just something that can be done at home. Yesterday evening, my cat even joined me going up & down the staircase.
