Ye toh bhot hi knowledgeable video tha bhai.. bss 1.25 par dekhna padhta he.. aur eisa bhi banao ki jisme questions k answers karo jese agar koi busy employee diet nahi le sakte jese bahar jake eggs or chicken brest khana to kya wo ek din me 100gram protein k liye 4-5 scoop whey kha sakta he kya?

I have consumed boiled eggs for 3 weeks (daily only one full egg) and I've attacked with utricaria. And it's now almost 1yr still not curing
