I eat 10-15 whole eggs everyday. Why? Eggs are a superfood. Despite what you may have heard, eggs are one of the most nutrient-dense and healthy foods you can eat.

I go in depth about what makes eggs a nutrient powerhouse and why you should NOT fear the cholesterol in eggs. In fact, I reveal my own cholesterol and I reference numerous scientific studies debunking bad science and propaganda. I then go on to explain why you should include more eggs (and cholesterol) in your diet.

I was at work sprinkling salt on a hardboiled egg. A fat guy who goes to the food truck everyday for a burger and fries cooked in vegetable oil had a comment about the salt being bad for me. So many people are clueless.

My great grandfather lived until 109 years old and regularly ate eggs, chicken, and beef. The dude was super healthy even in his 80s, 90s and 100s

Well said, I have been trying to tell this to people for over 30 years. I am 62 years, old and eat eggs almost daily, and am in better shape than probably 80% of people in my age range. I have been working out for over 30 years and going strong. You speak the truth 100% thanks.

I eat at least 5 whole eggs everyday I've lost 80lbs of fat and gained 10lbs of solid muscle in past 10 months from working hard and taking nutrition advice from you and others. We understand you. its the metabolically sick people who run there mouth cuz there afraid to change

3 eggs a day will seriously boost your body I saw a study for burn patients where they where given 30 eggs a day and it acted as an anabolic steroid.

I am 65 and have been carnivore or keto for two years and feel fantastic! I have also completely eliminated any medicines, chemicals, seed oils, soy, processed food. I have tremendous energy, work out 6 days a week at a high level and could not be more pleased with how I feel.

Your content is so good man. I’m 6’1 used to be 215 lbs in 2020 and at the beginning of this year I weighed 298. I had a laundry list of excuses why. I saw some of your videos on my feed and instead of offending me it motivated the heck out of me. I’m sick of not wanting to be in pictures with my wife and wearing baggy clothes and feeling like a slob. I made the change, took accountability and I’m down to 273 and headed back to a goal of 220. I watch all of your videos and they fire me up! Thanks for your content bro! You’re doin good for the world!

Really love the info this guy puts out. The amount of bad info on meat/protein is insane to the point where I was questioning if eggs and meat were bad for me which in retrospect is stupid.

Tanner, you have one of the best fitness channels on YouTube. I really enjoy listening to your information. I eat around 10 eggs a day, and a decent amount of chicken, all cooked at home. I have not felt this good in a very long time since I started eating healthy food, and regularly (4-5 days a week) pushing myself at the gym. On behalf of many other men who watch this channel, thank you for all you do.

Hey tanner! This is Kim. You used to be my coach in crossfitmnl for a while. Awesome to see you on YT spreading facts! I’ve been a carnivore and have been eating 6 eggs a day for close to 2 years now. Never been in a better shape and felt better. And people look at me crazy when they find out i eat 6 eggs a day so i can imagine the type of reactions you get with 15 a day. Eggs are super food! I hope people realize that cholesterol is the building block for hormones like testosterone and estrogen.
