Can doing more cardio help you to build muscle?

Fitness researcher Greg Nukolls recently came out with a paper that has some surprising findings.

It has been historically thought that the “interference effect” cardio has on muscle building adaptations will kill your gains.

However, one of the findings in this new piece of evidence is that if combined with rigorous lifting, “aerobic training [does] seem to have a positive impact on hypertrophy” in the long term.
