Yoga For The Feet - you know you need it. Or if you don't know, trust me - you will benefit from this healing practice. Whether you are tending to issues with the feet or you are working for preventative care - take half an hour to tend to it.

Your feet need proper TLC! A lot of issues with the feet can be healed with mindful body work. Here are some very simple tools to practice at home. A perfect opportunity to clean and clear the slate and rebuild from the ground up. So many gems in this one! Breathe easy and enjoy!

I wanted to introduce my mother to yoga because it's really helped my anxiety, so I think it could help hers. We just did this video together before bed. We finished with some lotion and lavender oil, and made some herbal tea and a bedtime snack of hummus and veggies. Such a positive and relaxing way to get ready for bed. Now my mother wants to do more of your videos with me. She really liked how positive you are and how much emphasis you place on self care. So I wanted to say thank you. :)

This one is so helpful! In the future I would love to see a shorter take on yoga for the feet (10-15mins) for daily practice.

This is why I LOVE yoga with Adrienne, she has her standard 30 day programs that I work through but then whenever I am feeling a certain emotion or certain physical irritation I just search and she has a video for it. Cramps, anger, broken heart, headache, illness, and now feet. So awesome!

After 15 months of rarely wearing shoes during lockdown, I had to attend a wedding and wear heels. After 10 minutes my feet were killing me, I thought of Adriene saying spread your weight between all four corners of your feet - instant relief! I danced all night!!! Thank you Adriene for your guidance on and off the mat!

Hi Adrienne, I've been experiencing hip pain on my right side for several months. I remembered you say all the time its all connected. The first day I did the yoga for feet, my hip popped with relief and I've been pain free since. Awesome! Thank you so much for Yoga for the feet video!

When I wake up at 4:00 a.m. For full moon, for family anxiety, or any reason, I spend the time with Adriene and ALWAYS feel better for it. Thank you for these wonderful videos.

tbh sometimes i dont follow the yoga i just sit on my mat and watch. your voice alone just calms me and makes me feel better

I’m flat footed & ended up shopping longer than planned Sunday with the “wrong” shoes on. My feet are very angry with me & express this anger in the form of pain by the ankles that then manifest into back pain (it’s all connected). Pointing & flexing doesn’t help much, but today’s practice was awesome. My🦶🦶 are saying’ “This Adriene woman knows her stuff”. Thank you again for helping me live a better life ❤️

Adriene, I just wanted to say thank you for this video. I have awful plantar's facitis. I was told by an orthopedic doctor that if I didn't fix this now I would likely not be able to walk at all by the time I am 40. I am only 29 now. I refused to let that be what happened to me. I have been doing this video every day for a month in combination with months of physical therapy and dry needling, and the muscles are strong enough in my feet that I am starting to feel better finally. I have slept better in this last month than I have in years. Thank you Adriene!

Time for self love and care almost looks criminal when you have the outer expectations waiting to pounce on you. But then I can't serve them better unless I serve my own self with some love and care. Almost skipped this for something I thought would be more "full body" - so glad I chose this instead. Found myself grinning half way through to the end - all connected, indeed! A wonderful practice, thanking you from head to toe!

Hi Adrienne, i know this is the opposite of what your video above just covered, but... would you be open to creating a series targeted to those who have a hurt foot? You know how important keeping the body and breath moving everyday, especially for mental, emotional and physical wellness. There's definitely a demand out there for folks who'd like to keep practicing yoga but are battling injuries. You have no idea what a gift you are to this world. Thank you!

Been struggling to walk all day with serious pain in my left heel.... this practice completely sorted it out, thankyou Adriene - it is a truly remarkable thing that you do for people.

Intention : begin to be more aware of my feet

All I can say is this is an awesome practice that awaken neglected parts of my body and a reminder to be gentle and grateful for every part of me moving as one.

Did this practice with my mom today and normally she doesn’t have much to say after a practice but she really loved this one since she’s been dealing with so fussiness in her feet and legs for around 5 years now. I really enjoyed today’s practice! Sending love and light as always❤️💫 Namaste🙏

I really appreciate this video. I’ve been dealing with a crazy ankle injury in BOTH ankles for about 3 years now and no amount of stretching has been helping. After doing this video I stood up and there was no pain, no uncomfortable ankle weirdness, and I am so grateful and relieved. THANK YOU
