The flow is moderate in intensity, manageable if you're newer to yoga, but equally challenging enough if you are an experienced practitioner.

After a bad ankle break that required surgery and three plates, I found your workout in desperation. I was five days post-surgery, and every part of my body was sore, especially my hip on the injured leg. I'm now two weeks out from surgery and do your workout nearly every morning. I look forward to it, and it empowers and gives me hope, which can be hard to maintain when you're looking at 10-12 weeks non-weight bearing. I also find that the workout gets the blood flowing in my injured foot in a good way and relieves pain for a couple of hours after. Thank you for creating this!

Hi James - I got into yoga after a nasty battle with covid and it really helped my mind and body recover after losing so much muscle (and losing so much sanity, if we're being honest). I'm on Week 7 with a foot tendon injury and I had such an emotional breakdown today. It has been so difficult to watch my body fall apart again after fighting so hard to bounce back. I found your video about an hour after my cry and it gave me a bit of hope that I can climb that mountain again. Thank you <3

Post foot surgery, 4 long weeks without exercise, 8 to go. Stiffening up and getting lazier by the day. So glad to find this video. It's going to be my morning routine for the time being. Thanks!
