I want to let everyone know that 8 months ago I was not able to walk very far with severe foot pain. I have been doing this practice for the last 8 months and I am able to walk 6 miles a day in the mornings now. I still have discomfort early in the morning, but I am so grateful to be able to walk again. This is not a quick fix but if you stay with the practice, you will notice the difference. Keep being awesome !!! Thank you Sarah!!!

I've been working on resolving plantar fasciitis in my right foot with physial therapy and it is helping a lot but I want even more stretches to help my feet feel better after standing at work all day and this video is absolute perfect for that! Thank you! 🙏🫶

Thank you sooo much for this video. You don't know how much this means to me. I sprained my ankle in June this year. Was bed ridden for a month then found it difficult to walk. Had to relearn to move properly again. I've been able to walk but I could still feel pain I just bared it. Felt like I was just going to have to live my life with this constant pain. This video popped up in my notification and I just tried it. Didn't have hope but thought to do it as my feet deserve some love too ahahah. I kid you not! The pain is gone! As I'm writing this comment I'm walking I cannot feel the ache in my ankle!!! I'm doing this every day God bless you!❤❤

I have an electric foot massager at home, but this is obviously much more effective. What a difference! Thank you very much 🙏

Thank you 🙏 very much, this is so helpful. I had my ankle twisted a year ago because of Hypermobility syndrome and my foot got stuck after that. I can’t do yoga poses properly because of the stiffness. Looking for help lead me to your instruction video and it’s really helpful because I feel where massages us needed regularly. You also gave me calmness and peace with your voice and words. I’m greatful for that too. It inspires me to love myself more and work my body with love 💕
