This yoga class to nourish your feet incorporates movements and stretches to help release foot tension and increase mobility of the feet toes and ankles for overall health and wellbeing. These specific stretches and movements can be incorporated into any class, i recommend before any yoga routine or you can use it on it's own to maintain overall health or before going for a run.

These are great stretches.

The fingers between the toes stretch is my favorite. I love the way that opens up my feet.
