5 Min Feet & Ankle Stretches to help relieve pain and improve ankle mobility. Our ankles provide stability when we are doing activities like running, walking and jumping. Do these ankle stretches before a workout, after a workout, on recovery days or as many times as you need during the day if you're looking to improve mobility.

Over time, you should feel like it's easier to move and stretch your ankles - especially while doing the hero pose (sitting on your ankles in a kneeling position)

This is another video from the 5 Minute "Create-Your-Own" Stretch series. You can repeat this video if you'd like to do these ankle stretches again or pair this with another 5 min stretch video to target different areas like your neck, wrists, lower back, mid back, quads etc. That way you can pick and choose which areas you want to target.
