Yeah ok, I feel it everywhere and it doesnt just burn it's like my entire leg just committed suicide by dumping boiling water on itself before jumping in a pit of molten magma.

Haven't worked out seriously in 2 years, and survived these intense 10 minutes.... Then after went puking chunks in my bathroom . I'll get used to it, guna make this a regular schedule each week. Thanks guys !
