I know that alternating pigeon pose can't really be dangerous to the knee or you wouldn't perform or recommend it, but it looks like you're bending the knee (and leaning on it) at a painful angle--gives me the chills.

Wow! I have been in PT several times and the therapist has had me do that glut medius & glut max- side lying lateral stretch (#5) each time. They've helped position me on the table when I've been there, but I've struggled to get in the right position at home. Using the wall to get everything aligned is brilliant! Never would have thought of that!

Thanks for taking me back to some basics to understand what I have neglected, leading some pain in the thighs and legs. So, on it!

This is so helpful. I thought you needed to roll back and forth with the roller. This is really specific and I'll be trying these. Thanks!

Thank you. I have super tight hips and hip pain from an injury 4 years ago. It's very frustrating not to squat very low. I will give these all a try. Maybe it will help with my running.

Hi Cori, I had always thought that we should relax the muscle on the roller. I tried to contract THEN relax my quads on the roller this morning, and oh boy, I had the feeling that the roller notches were digging deeper into the muscle fibers !

You did this podcast for 😇 Today is no good and I wish I can incorporate your guidance here - since I've done it forever and no bueno. They are talking corticosteroid shots to get me back into my routine as a starter. I'll know more in a month - but I am NOT typical here - I am rheumatic - so my issues are definitely more than the average bear. TY Cori for all that you do. Everyone please listen to Cori - she knows her stuff.
