*tough one but very nurturing at the same time for certain sections! My favorite part was actually the cardio HIIT in the beginning! i felt the burn in my legs for leg section at the end! burned over 400 calories! also felt the burn in inner and outer thighs. my right leg is a little weaker than the left. felt a lot of stabilization going on also*

Did this one today with my 9 year old daughter who wants to strengthen her core and body for her aerial silks classes! She stole my pilates ball but we had fun. Thanks Michelle. 😂
