This works! I went from 340 to 225. with minimal stretch marks aside from biceps or love handles. Most of my skin stayed tight aside from my stomach which with core work, proper diet, fasting, trash bags, and willpower, tightened up and stayed tight. Most of it is mental fortitude and showing up for yourself daily. It really is a lifestyle shift. Don't stop for anything or anybody. You're your only hope, your only cheerleader, your own support system. Keep going!

It's no secret I've lost 100 lbs in a year and kept it off, for 1 full year at my lowest weight I was sad I couldn't see abs because of skin, took 2 years for the skin to fully retract, but the skin does retract!

Someone else taught me this, but apparently when you lose weight all that skin loses its elasticity from lack of blood flow, so the skin just becomes loose and flabby. While goggins might not understand the anatomy, his weight routine (high rep ranges) is causing tons of blood flow to the surface of his skin as his muscles heat up, and it actually is helping his skin maintain its elasticity. Pretty neat.
