In this week's video, I followed David Goggins' INTENSE PRE NAVY SEAL Weight Loss routine that he used to lose 100 pounds in 3 months!

Like many fitness tests, such as the navy seals workout, us army workout, or any special forces military training, it is INTENSE. David Goggins is an absolute animal as he at one point or may even still hold the world record for the most pull ups done in a single day. In many David Goggins interviews, he talks about how when we think we are exhausted, we are actually only 40% done so we all have that extra 60% in us but it is a matter of establishing that NAVY SEAL level of will power to push through.

quitting my job to start this routine for the army in one week. i weight 324 and am going to do this for six months. wish me luck everyone. i’m doing this for god and country.

Just in case you missed it:
430 Eat banana
5-6 1 hour on the bike
6-7 Study
8-10 Swim
11-2 Full body workout consisting of multiple sets of 100-200 reps
3-5 More biking & studying
530 2-6 mile run
730 Dinner ( veggies, maybe rice, and a lean protein)
8-10 Final bike session

I'm 98% sure that Saitama's character from One Punch Man is based on David Goggins. Even his body type from the exam episode is almost identical.

I’ve been listening to Goggin’s book while working out and man, it is inspiring. The part that REALLY got me was when he witnessed that horrific accident at a young age. I literally had to pause my workout because it hit me hard, almost shed a tear just thinking about it. But Goggins is the man! His mentality is just so powerful.

Get his book and follow it to the T if you're trying to join the Navy in 3 months otherwise, you have to really focus on your diet and do his exercises within a 1 or 2 hr time frame along with juggling work and life. Just reality!

if you came here it’s because you’re going to join the military, you save up enough, quit for three months, and do this three months, and join. Why would you come here expecting anything less? If you came here you knew what David goggings is about, if you’re the person he talks about seeing in the gondola.

What’s up Jackson. I’m currently going through this same process (for a 2nd time) that you went through. I’m glad I kept watching your video because I’ve been vacationing in ocean city for 15+ years ever since I was 2/3 years old. I stayed on 25th street to be exact right on the boardwalk. One of the best places on earth my friend!

I'm gonna start to try and lose weight for the first week I'm gonna do running for 10 minutes everyday when I get back from school then add push ups to my workout routine cause I like doing push ups then I will increase the minutes and reps
