David Goggins did this in response to extreme, rapid weight loss which I don't recommend. Weight loss should be take slow to preserve muscle and thats the best way to prevent loose skin.

(I saw a comment on a youtube video and it made a lot of sense, so I wanted to write it here too.) Apparently when you lose weight all that skin loses its elasticity from lack of blood flow, so the skin just becomes loose and flabby. While goggins might not understand the anatomy, his weight routine (high rep ranges) is causing tons of blood flow to the surface of his skin as his muscles heat up, and it actually is helping his skin maintain its elasticity.

Include David Goggins in more of your videos. He’s an inspiration. Also one of the reasons Goggins has like no body fat is because he runs at least 100 Miles a week. Ik for a fact he runs at least 20 miles a day. He only does weight training like 2-3 times a week

That is not how many of this works, you get loose skin from genetic responses to weight loss and sudden weight loss. I was 300lbs, lost 160 and I lifted weights during the time I was losing that weight and I still have lose skin

Bro it is not just filling the glycogenstorages in ur muscle, anaerobic exercise (weight lifting) is also increasing cellular reproduction and the strength of the cellular connections so ur skin does rebuild shaping like the body. When dieting most people are loosing too much weight cause they are not eating and their cell reproduction and reshaping is extremely low compared to an individual which diets correct, lifts weights and have their cell reproduction through the roof, that's why bodybuilders have tight skin with 230 shredded 5% bf although they were 330lbs six months before and they losing and gaining rapidly weight.
